How to hide/ remove accounts from a report

Hiding Groups of accounts 

To hide a group of accounts from a report, complete the following:

1. Create or edit a custom report via the custom reports tab on the left side toolbar

2. From the custom report editing page, click the 3 Dot Menu shown beside the name of each group

3. Select Edit to open the editing page

4. Click the Hide group option shown in the group settings box on the right side of the page

5. Select 'Accept' at the bottom of the group settings to save these changes

Hiding singular accounts from a report

In cases that require specific accounts to be hidden/removed from reports, new groups can be created to store accounts that would need to be hidden. To do so, please complete the following:

1. Make a new group on your custom report by clicking New Group at the top of the report

2. Name the new group and click Accept

3. Click on the tick box beside the name of each account that you would like to remove

4. Move the accounts selected by clicking the Bulk move button which is located at the top of the screen.

5. Select the group that was created to move the accounts into the group (In the example this is the group named 'How to remove accounts/groups)

6. Hide this group of accounts from your report by hovering over the group's name and then clicking the Eye icon (As shown below).

Once this is complete, these accounts will now not be presented when you run your report.

Extra information

Joiin will show any hidden groups when viewing the editing screen of a custom report. This can be changed so that hidden groups remain hidden on the editing screen by clicking the Show hidden elements toggle.
