There is sometimes a scenario where you cannot connect your Xero company to Joiin (it is greyed out on the company selector) because it is already connected to another Joiin account or the connection has timed out. To resolve this issue you can remove the connection to Joiin for this company in xero and then re-add the company.
You can do this in Xero by:
1. Going to Settings
2. Connected Apps.
3. If Joiin shows there please click 3 dots to disconnect.
4. Then go back to Joiin and try connecting the company again.
