If you would like to find old invoices for your Joiin subscription follow these steps.
To find invoices for your Joiin subscription:
1. Go to the Plan & Billing page, which can be accessed by selecting "Plan & Billing" from the Account menu (person icon) at the top right.
2. In the 'Invoices' section, you'll find details of your previous invoices.
Additionally, the subscription owner will receive emails with invoices from Joiin's billing system, the Joiin team can also add other invoice recipients or amend your billing details upon request.
