To download your reports as an Excel file in Joiin, follow these steps:
1. Run the report or go to the report pack menu you want to download.
2. Once the report is displayed, click on the 'Excel' Download icon above normal reports or circled red below 'Excel' download icon in the report pack menu
To download your reports as a PDF in Joiin, follow these steps:
1. Run the report or go to the report pack menu you want to download.
2. Once the report is displayed, click on the 'Printer Icon' above normal reports.
3. Change the 'Destination' field to 'Save as PDF'
4. Print This will download a PDF version of your report.
